The Carbon Almanac Discussion

August 11 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm EDT

The Carbon Almanac Discussion

Green Schools National Network has an exciting opportunity to partner with the global team of creators behind The Carbon Almanac. This resource has the potential to be a powerful instructional tool for educators and learners alike AND also has an educator’s guide (complete with activities and lesson plans) as well as a Kid’s Book tailored specifically to primary grade learners.

The team who built these materials was composed of educators, instructional designers, parents, curriculum developers and experts in many fields and from many countries and 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the Almanac are being used to buy copies for educators and non-profits (like us!).

We will be hosting an interactive webinar on Thursday, August 11, at 3 ET/ 2 CT/ 1 MT/ Noon PT to gauge your interest and answer your questions so that we can determine how these materials can best support your classroom planning as we head into the new school year.

Register below and mark your calendars!

The webinar will be moderated by Jennifer Simpson, CEO of Integrated Work and The Carbon Almanac contributor, and Jennifer Seydel, Executive Director of the Green Schools National Network.

Panelists will include:

  • Seth Godin, internationally recognized author of 20+ books and catalyst for The Carbon Almanac
  • Manon Doran, an artist and change-maker who helped bring the educator’s guide to life
  • Paige NeJaime, a business leader and entrepreneur who shepherded Kid’s Book from idea to implementation
