Making green schools a reality The 16th annual Green Schools Conference (GSC) will be held February 17-19, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Marina and Spa in San Diego, California. Each year, the GSC brings together a national community of educators, school leaders, designers and advocates committed to whole-school sustainability. From inspiring sessions and expert panels to meaningful networking opportunities, the GSC is where green school leaders unite to drive progress. The 2026 event will feature two days of inspiring sessions, expert-led workshops, and dynamic networking opportunities, followed by optional post-conference tours, which offer attendees a chance to explore sustainability in action at local schools and organizations across the San Diego area. The Green Schools Conference returns March 3–4, 2025, with a robust conference program. Registration for the 2025 Green Schools Conference (GSC) is now open. Join us in the LEED Gold City of Orlando at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Disney Springs to celebrate 15 years of the conference. GSC is a two-day experience designed to inspire and facilitate the progress of the green schools movement. The GSC unites passionate professionals working to advance green schools to explore and promote sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship. The 15th annual GSC will offer participants in-depth education, networking, memorable moments from inspirational sessions and keynote presentations—all designed to foster valuable connections and information sharing.
