Culture & Climate in Action Culture is often the catalyst that determines whether sustainability initiatives flourish or fade. This Catalyst Leaders Meeting brings together GSNN partners to explore how schools and districts are cultivating positive climates, strengthening community engagement, and creating cultures where sustainability becomes part of everyday practice. Participants will hear directly from partner schools implementing innovative approaches to student engagement, staff collaboration, wellness, and organizational culture while engaging in meaningful conversations about common challenges and emerging practices. Through collaborative dialogue and peer learning, participants will leave with practical ideas and renewed inspiration for strengthening culture within their own learning communities.

Practical solutions.: These topic-focused, interactive sessions connect educators and leaders for real talk, real tools, and real progress—because we’re better together. Measutring What Matters How do you know your sustainability efforts are making a difference? In this Community of Practice, participants will explore how meaningful measurement supports better decision-making, stronger storytelling, and continuous improvement. Through GreenPrint360, GSNN's measurement and reflection platform, participants will discover how data can help schools monitor progress, visualize impact, and identify opportunities for growth. Rather than collecting data for reporting alone, this session focuses on using evidence to drive conversations, strengthen planning, and celebrate meaningful progress toward healthier, more sustainable schools.

Participants will exchange implementation strategies, discuss operational challenges, and explore how facilities can become active contributors to teaching, learning, and whole-school sustainability.     GreenSpark- A National Showcase of Student-Led Sustainability Projects – Celebrating Youth Voice, Vision, and Action GreenSpark is a national live showcase celebrating student voice, creativity, and climate action. This virtual event brings together classrooms and school communities from across the country to spotlight the sustainability projects students have designed and led from garden initiatives to zero-waste campaigns and energy solutions. In real-time sessions, students will present their work to a national audience of peers and educators, sharing ideas, outcomes, and the impact they’re making in their schools and communities. Whether you tune in as a class or an individual, Spark is a space to be inspired by young changemakers and to celebrate what’s possible when students lead the way toward a greener future.
